The Feel Great Introduction Call aims to show you how to move from feeling unhappy, angry, anxious, or similar to feeling happy, calm, peaceful, and loving. The basis for the Feel Great call is my book “Feel Great: It’s Your Decision!”. The book is available in bookstores and online (Print ISBN: 9783754305270, e-book ISBN: 9783754304563).

This is not a course. We come together to increase our energy. It is about feeling more peace, joy, harmony, and happiness from within yourself. The higher your energy, the more likely it is you are making better decisions.

When does the Introduction Call taking place?

I aim to offer an Introduction Call the first Saturday every month. We will meet online from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm CET. The next call will be on February 10th, 2024.

This is not a video conference. This means less distraction, and you don’t have to dress up. You just need to listen and participate. Full concentration on yourself and what’s going on inside of you!

It’s important to keep focusing on feeling great. I do this as often as I can, in this Introduction Call I show you how you can do it yourself. So you can become a more positive and loving person.

Life is a DECISION. You are not the play ball of your feelings. You could change them. No matter how strong they are, you are more powerful. Become the master of your feelings and decide how YOU like to feel. Every moment you have the choice to give in to anger or fear, to act it out or to focus on peace, joy, and love.

You can only change your own feelings

We also take on the feelings of others or feel responsible for how others feel. You can ONLY decide for YOURSELF. What you feel, and how you handle it, is your own responsibility. Everyone has the free will and the power to make a positive or negative decision at any time. It’s simple — if you really decide. However, it’s not always easy.

Stop being a slave to your feelings. Depending your feelings on your surroundings or your circumstances, it’s a wise choice. Decide to FEEL GREAT despite everything. Take your happiness from where it originates — from within yourself.

You are much more powerful than you think, but you have to find out for yourself to know and use it. It is YOUR DECISION that counts. Every moment!

Life is worth making the effort to experience how powerful your choices can be. It’s time to choose — feel bad or FEEL GREAT: It’s YOUR Decision! — How do you decide?

About the author and coach:

Stephan Szugat is a former Interim-Manager for Finance & Accounting. He started his journey of self-discovery at the age of 17. It all started with the desire for more inner peace. He was also driven by his own curiosity to find out what all these esoteric and psychological things were all about.
