1.3. How this course will impact your life?
In life, we ask a lot of questions. The problem is, that most people don’t ask the right questions. It’s not that we don’t want to, but sometimes we may not see which question would be right.
By asking the right questions, you will make a difference in your life. You may say, how will a question about my life change anything. Well, everything begins with a question. No matter if the question is answered or not. Also, questions allow us to see interconnections.
Hidden Connections
We may not see the connection as it is hidden in the subconscious mind. By answering a question, it is working in the mind. The mind tries to find everything it knows about your life or the question you asked, thus it brings up many memories. However, the mind brings up these memories in an unstructured way. We need to sort it a bit to make them useful.
The impact of this course maybe seen immediately or later. It depends on the intensity of your work, which is mainly determined by the openness and honesty by which you answer the questions. On the other hand, the actions you are taking are playing an important role in creating the impact you want to see.
Some answers you will give yourself will lead to actions right away. Other answers may just provide more clarity. However, every answer will sooner or later trigger an action. Actions could happen inside yourself and outside yourself. Inside actions are where you focus on yourself, possibly meditations, or letting go of feelings to name a few. Outside actions are when you take action in this world. This could be fitness exercises, reading a book, writing a journal, and so many other things.
Last, but not least, you gain more insights into your own personal patterns/behaviors and that of other people.
You will gain more understanding of interrelations, which are always present. Any thought you have or action you take has an impact on your life and others.
You don’t need to believe that, but you may experience it one moment in your life. The only thing I ask you to do is to be open and willing to experience who you really are, thus you discover your full potential.
The Coaching Model
Let’s take a closer look at the “Interrelations” Coaching Model in the next module. The Interrelations Coaching Model is the basis of this course. In case you never heard of it, it is a coaching model I created from my experience as an Interim-Manager for Finance & Accounting. First, it was meant to be for business owners and managers only. But I discovered, that it could be applied to personal life as well.
The next module will provide an overview of the coaching model.
